After unexpected and significant health issues, the client required greater assistance to safely access their property, with the existing thresholds and stepped access proving difficult to negotiate.

• Offset Easirail brackets were used to move the handrail closer to the entrance.
• Excellent Systems with SureGrip was used to provide 3 bespoke stepped areas which can be easily removed when no longer required.
• No cutting was required onsite with set product lengths used to achieve all handrails.
• Rapid set postcrete enabled core drilled handrails to be used almost immediately.
• All solutions were provided from van stock supplies, removing unnecessary lead times and providing same day assistance.

Given the urgent need to provide assistance at the property, Easiaccess attended site with a variety of components, removing the need for a site survey and unnecessary lead times.

Within a morning they were able to provide numerous Easirail handrails to the front and rear of the property, helping the client to steady themselves and move carefully around. The positioning of the equipment was chosen after consulting with the client and considering OT recommendations.

Realising that the step in and out of both entrances was difficult to negotiate, Excellent Systems was used to both split the height of the steps, whilst providing a small platform to step out onto.
