The client needed better access to the front of their property, with the existing stepped access proving difficult to negotiate and the rear of the property also difficult to access.

• Step unit and gate included for additional access
• Black rails to blend into the environment 
• Removal of lawn to create low maintenance gravelled area under the front ramp
• Angled section used at the rear to remove the need to create a new landing area

Following an assessment of the client’s needs, a 1:12 gradient was deemed suitable. The ramp location and layout were designed to complement the frontage of the house, maintaining space on the drive.

Black equipment was chosen to better match the front door and porch area, with a small complementary ramp also placed at the rear French doors to provide easy access into the garden area.
