Your Access Solution: From Survey to Installation

How to start the process

At Easiaccess, we pride ourselves on guiding every project from concept to completion, keeping you informed and supported every step of the way. From the initial site survey and detailed plans, through to installation and the finished product, our team works closely with you to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience.

We focus on clear communication, expert advice, and attention to detail, ensuring not only a high-quality installation but also ongoing support and aftercare long after the project is complete.

If you are considering one of our products and are wondering how it can adapt to your space, then get in touch as we have a FREE survey service. A surveyor will come to your premises, assess and measure the area and see what we can do to make it more accessible. Call us on 0800 321 7430 or email us at info@easiaccess.co.uk to organise a survey.

1. Site Survey

Once we have arranged a date that works best for you, one of our expert surveyors will visit your premises. Their role is to fully understand any needs and requirements you may have, ensuring that everything is taken into account when designing your access solution.

During the visit, they will assess and measure the area, scanning for any obstacles, slopes and potential hazards that could influence the design. They will also draw a detailed sketch with measurements and layouts so they have all the relevant information for the next part of the process.

As safety is our number one priority, it is essential that every measurement is precise and that everything at your premises is considered.

2. Plans & Drawing

Following the survey our team return to the office, where they will produce a detailed plan for your access solution. This includes both a 2D and 3D plan where you will be able to start to clearly visualise how your solution will function at your premises. Alongside the plans, you will receive a quotation, outlining everything that is included within this installation.

This part of the process allows all stakeholders to review the options and address any requirements, considerations or changes to the plan. For public access quotations, this could also highlight any necessary permits or approvals that could potentially be needed to proceed.

3. Date Confirmation

If you decide to proceed with the quotation, then we will start to move forward with your project. Any required permits or or approvals will be addressed at this stage to ensure everything is in place before installation. Once it is all resolved, then we will work with you to agree on what the most convenient installation date is.

We carefully schedule the work to accommodate any site restrictions, operational hours, and contractor availability, ensuring a smooth and coordinated installation process.

4. Site Install

On the date agreed, our installations team will arrive at the premises, fully briefed on both the project and health and safety protocols. Our team of highly skilled and experienced fitters will carry out the work efficiently, with minimal disruption, and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have throughout the installation process.

5. Finished Product

Once the installation is complete, our fitters will complete an inspection on the access solution to ensure it meets our high standards for quality, usability, and compliance with relevant regulations. At Easiaccess, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest of standards and providing you with solutions that give you confidence and peace of mind.

6. Aftercare

When our fitters leave the site, they will provide you with a document outlining the care and maintenance of your access solution. We recommend you read this as there is important information about keeping your solution in top condition. Maintenance for all of our products are generally straightforward and aren’t time consuming, but they are still essential for long-lasting performances.

If you have any questions or need any support with your products, then our team are always on hand to answer your calls or emails to try and resolve any issues you may have.
